(9 3/4 x 7 9/16 x 5/8 [2 11/16] in.), contemporary red morocco, covers with gilt-tooled floral border within double gilt rules, spines in six compartments, black morocco lettering-pieces in the second and third compartments (the volumes misnumbered), the remainder gilt, g.e., EACH VOLUME WITH A DOUBLE FORE-EDGE PAINTING OF WHICH THE FIRST IS IN TWO SCENES, OF OXFORD, FLORENCE, LONDON FROM THE THAMES; STOKE-POGES CHURCH, STRATFORD ON AVON, ST. BURY'S; WINDSOR (2) AND LEEDS CASTLE, extremities and spines a bit rubbed, a few small scrapes to covers, spines faded, a few plates slightly discolored . 10-page subscribers list, 165 plates of small etchings after antique cameos.
