Foster, Charleston with period pencilled notations identifying (Ft.)Sumter Inside Looking Towards Morris Island and Roper Hospital/Charleston, S.C. annotated with "the celebrated prison for Union prisoners." With three other views by H. P. Moore a Concord, New Hampshire, photographer who documented New Hampshire troops stationed in Hilton Head. The CDVs are identified in an unknown hand as Headquarters/Dept. of the South/Hilton Head, SC, Mansion of John E. Seabrook from Garden, Edisto, Island, S.C. and View from Top of Signal Station, Hilton Head. The latter two with printed descriptions affixed by H. P. Moore Condition: Whites mounts with minor wear and foxing, else G+.
