The white star is linen, the other four pieces silk. Stars measure 12.5 in. across, largest square section (red) 5.25 in. square; framed, 17 x 21 in. Provenance: The Paul DeHaan Collection of Items Related to Admiral D.G. Farragut and the USS Hartford Condition: Scattered small stains, some fraying of silk.
