Britton and Gilbert Wigle (or Weigle) were undoubtedly brothers, both graduating from Stanford in 1895, getting their Masters in 1896, and law degrees from Hastings in 1897. They were each married in 1905, and resided thereafter in San Francisco, where their paths diverged: Britton became a clergyman, and Gilbert an attorney and a writer for the San Francisco Examiner. Lot Amendments Condition: Some scuffing and wear to covers, very good overall. Item number: 286135
