9.5 x 11.5 in., of the Yale-Harvard Regatta on the Thames River, Groton, CT. There are hundreds of spectators both on the distant shore and in bateaux along the near shore. Mounted on cardboard. Second image, 10 x 13.25 in., arched top, on larger mount with Pach Bros., Cambridge, Mass. printed below. This is a view of a scull with 8-man crew plus coxswain (coxed eight). There is a large building to the right that could house these long shells. This was previously framed, as there is staining on the back in the pattern of the backing board. Some chipping of margins, mostly along a thin toned line.
