VERY RARE AND INTERESTING WORK gathering more than 1.300 natural preparations for medical, cosmetic, everyday, etc. uses, a.o. : "miracle" water to cure leper, oil and sirup against the plague, scorpion oil, pomade for the syphilis or "male francese", unguents against nerves, legs pains and cataract, pill to stay in good health, perfumes (for bedrooms in times of plague, benzoin, appel and cinnamon oils), water to have blond hair or to remove hairs, recepes to make colours (blue, green...), milled gold to write, glues, candles burning into water, to dye leather and to remove stains. Illustrated with 1 texto representing a "sigilla hermetis", text decorated with ornemental initials and printer's device figuring a rose with the motto "Dabo omnibus gratum odorem".
