The bottle was made in Ireland in the period 1870 to 1890." Comprising: Buckham, John Wright (President of John Muir Association). "John Muir at Home." Wrappers. “Citizens of California present the Great Naturalist, John Muir” “Bulletin John Muir Memorial Association” “Program John Muir Day, Golden Gate International Exposition, April 22, 1939” “[tri-fold membership application]” “Support John Muir Memorial Association” membership and shirt order form Antique Glass Soda Water Bottle (Cochran & Co., Belfast) sold by the John Muir Memorial Association in the 1970's as a fund-raising effort with what they referred to as a "Certificate of authenticity."
