20th Century-Fox, 1965. Vintage 2-piece Eleanor Parker ensemble including 1-red felt wool cape with black velvet collar and black piping down the ornate crest button front closure and hem. Retaining the interior "Original-Lanz'' makers' bias label and 1-black felt Tyrolean hat with brown cord hat band and interior green satin lining, leather band and Lanz-Salzburg maker's mark in the top of crown. Purchased in Salzburg during the filming of The Sound of Music in which Ms. Parker played "The Baroness" and worn on a number of documented occasions. Feather embellishment added for replacement of original. Exhibiting minor age and wear.
