El Salvador comprehensive mint and used collection in large Scott specialty binder, this collection starts out with seventeen early 19th century covers and cover fronts (often collected this way) of the late Spanish and early independence period, the stamps start with the early issues and their varieties, from 1890-1899 the Seebeck issues are represented with mixed originals and reprints in regular issues, postage dues and officials, includes many varieties including imperforates, imperforate between, proofs and essays including color proofs, besides being very comprehensive collected mint and used to the mid-1960s and then mint to the most current of 2013 there are numerous overprint varieties and perforation varieties including imperforate and imperforate between, some listed and others not, this is particularly true in the airmails with early overprint varieties as #C1 with inverted first "e" in "Aereo" which Sanabria states only 100 were issued (similar in quantity to #C1a), there is also some postal stationery and cut squares, condition is generally quite nice, o.g. or used, some souvenir sheets and multiples never hinged, overall fine-very fine; a desirable collection well worth examining.
