The view is looking over aberdeen + Apleichau Island to Lantau + some of the little islands (where Michael Wright was taken prisoner by the Japanese in 1941.) I was born in this house on 25 March 1919 - Kathleen Smart - née Wright.' with further annotation by the same hand.
