Etching and drypoints on Japan and wove papers, respectively, (G. 281) with 'Handmade Sweden' and coat of arms watermark, each signed in pencil, (G. 28) with the artist's remarque, (G. 281) inkstamped on verso 'This etching was made and printed during his lifetime by my husband the late Edward Borein', signed in ink 'Mrs. Lucille E. Borein', each in good condition aside from (G. 28) with very pale mat staining, skinning due to hinge removal at upper sheet edge on recto and verso, traces of glue remains at upper sheet edge, 1 1/2in crease in right margin, (G. 281) mat- and backboard staining, brown paper tape hinge remains on upper sheet edge, verso, a few specks of foxing on recto and verso, right margin unevenly trimmed, each framed.
