Under passe-partout and gilt wooden frame. Seven figures in a group, with a central bearded figure focussed on an event taking place outside the scope of the drawing at the far right. With doubtful attribution in red chalk to P.P. Rubens on verso. Joined: Anonymous - The Archangel Michael. Flemish or Italian school, 17th c. Drawing, pen and black ink, white, brown and red wash, 26,9 x 13,1 cm, red prepared paper, unsigned (some minor creases on surface). Under passe-partout and frame (not studied outside frame). Probably part of a larger composition depicting the expulsion from Paradise. (2 pcs)
