The painted beech house with two square glazed windows, below two bay windows, with moulded frames and window bars, and a further two windows above central panelled front door, having brass butterfly hinges, handle and knocker, shaped pediment and two chimneys, opening in two wings to ten rooms on four levels, three landings, two with stairs. Ground floor kitchen: Papered walls and wooden floors with three scattered rugs, large white dresser and another in plain wood, two wooden tables, chairs, large tinplate cooking stove and another, rare tin hastener with hanging meat, utensils include pewter plates, toaster, platters, kettle, candle sticks, knives and forks, pots, pans, kettle on stand, ceramic jugs, parrot cook and helper. First floor dining room: With papered red walls, fire place, brass chandelier, waltershausen sideboard with mirror, bureau and marble top side board, wooden table, chairs, china tea service, decanters, vases, gilt clock, walls decorated with pictures and mirrors, dolls include father in suit with moulded features, mother in blue gown, and child. First floor salon: With papered walls, tapestry rug, brass chandelier, tin plate filigree white and gold fire place, waltershausen writing desk, upholstered settee and three chairs, table and very fine corner cabinet, decorated with exotic birds and flowers in red, green, black and gold, gilt tray, nut crackers, clock, dolls include father with moulded beard, mother and two children. Second floor parlour: With gold papered walls, two chests, brass fire place, extremely fine breakfast table and corner cabinet both decorated in exotic birds and flowers in red, green, gold and black, four green silk upholstered chairs, upholstered chez lounge, pictures and mirrors to walls, dolls include couple and child. Second floor lounge: With set of very rare and fine wooden paper lithograph furniture, decorated in black and cream cherubs and angels, including sideboard with mirror, hall stand, green velvet upholstered settee, four spoon back chairs, and upright piano, pictures and mirror to walls, dolls include grey haired gentleman and two ladies. Third floor bedroom: With four poster bed, wooden wardrobe, side table, early paper/wood effect chest, waltershausen washstand, potty, candle sticks, baby in tin plate high chair and child. Third floor bedroom: With wooden bed, wardrobe, side table, stand with mirror, chair and doll. Hallway and landings: walls decorated with pictures, pewter umbrella stand, gardiner, gilt cuckoo clock and more.
