Large and impressive group of candid and studio photographs of the most successful mentalist of his era, posed in television and radio studios, with various celebrities (including Buster Keaton , on the lecture platform demonstrating the tricks of fraudulent mediums, captured in mid-performance in a series of unpublished photographs taken from the back of a large hall (including some images showing Dunninger walking among the audience), and a host of other images, including studio headshots from various times throughout his career. Four images inscribed and signed by Dunninger to Bob Rossi, including one with a nearly-illegible signature from near the end of his career. Bulk 8 x 10”. Housed in two three-ring display binders. Generally good to very good condition. Nice lot.
