By this Memorable Relation, of the Rare Occurrences (never yet declared to the World) in a Third Voyage, made by him into the West-Indies London: Nicholas Bourne, 1628. 4 o (200 x 148 mm). Engraved title vignette of Drake holding navigational instruments, his heraldic bearings to the right. (Title with marginal tear and stains at one corner, a thin wormtrack affecting title and 11 following leaves, patched on title, a few headlines shaved.) Modern half brown morocco, gilt-lettered on spine. Second edition. A reprint of this popular account. Alden & Landis 628/87; Sabin 20838 (noting that the last 6 leaves are printed in a different type, and in more lines than the rest of the book); STC 18545.
