Document also signed by Revolutionary War Officer Sam Wyllys (1739-1823) and Pay Table Committee member Eleazer Eales (1732-1794). Connecticut Pay Table order for six shillings to be paid to Mr. William Lawrence out of taxes appropriated for the payment of the "Civil List." Condition: Documents with some ink bleeding, creasing, spotting, and darkening to edges. All with dark and clear ink.
