FIRST EDITION, in original parts lavishly EXTRA ILLUSTRATED. Dickens's letter, 21 November 1858, is a supper invitation to "Elliston." "The husband of that Lady whom I mesmerised in Geneva(?) long ago, and whose case is so very remarkable, is in town for a few days.
