Green label: Qualified. Off-white to white pages. Provenance: The DC UNIVERSE COLLECTION. CGC Census: 43 graded copies (35 Universal, 4 Qualified, 4 Restored). GPAnalysis: No reported sales in this grade. A qualified 4.0 (incomplete) sold for $82 in 2003. A restored 4.0 (C-1) sold for $543 in 9/22.
