Condition B+: repaired tears, restored losses and restoration in margins and image; restoration along vertical and horizontal folds. Japan. An exhaustive message showing the mighty Soviet industrial capabilities, a monolithic soldier and a road covered with troops, cars, motorcycles and motorized vehicles. The poster promotes the benefits of improved roads and the importance of cars with such slogans as "For Soviet cars - a good road!" and, "a road and a car are needed for the defense!" Also a quotation from Stalin, "Not an inch of foreign land do we want, but not an of our land will we give to anybody". Unexplainably the original artist's name has been crossed out and another name written in in pen.
