This is the so rarely seen Luxury house set made for the small pocket Fashion doll Cassy, and is the perfect scaled house for Palitoy Pippa dolls and other smaller 6-7” fashion dolls, and whilst the box has some storage wear, the house and all contents are unopened and all ready to use display and play with. ( the electrics are untested due to being a vintage toy and requires batteries as indicated ) An expensive toy 30+ years ago and few were sold, so this sample is quite unusual, and has been stored by the vendor since it was released.
