Description: A collection of 4 canteens of flatware as follows: Canteen 1 A mahogany veneered case containing EPNS flatware Serves 6 with 4 additional serving spoons and carver, 1 fork and 1 sharpener Brass hinges and two clasps Dimensions: width 43.5cms, depth 28cms, height 7cms Condition The veneered case is in good condition with only minor scratches The hinges are secure and the lid closes as it should The clasps are fully operational and in good condition The flatware items require a clean, as is to be expected Canteen 2 Mahogany case. The lid lifts to reveal a fitted interior for 12 fish knives and forks which are plated. The canteen has an upper and a lower tray each containing 6 knives and forks Manufacturer's mark: HA EA FA Fitted with a lock. The key is present Plain brass cartouche to the top and a plain brass escutcheon Dimensions: width 36.5cms, depth 27cms, height 6cms Condition: Heavily tarnished items The blue cloth interior is shabby The case is robust but there are scratches to the upper surface The key is present and works, but the lock needs lubricating Canteen 3 A 124 piece of Stainless Steel flatware (Ancestor Plate) with a diagram of the correct location of each piece Manufacturer: Webber and Hill Ltd Orange, felt fitted interior Brass hinges - secure.
