original watercolour views by Cyril Davenport, in Sussex, Kent and elsewhere, including beach scenes at Hastings and Dover, various country houses and family portraits, also some continental scenes, prints and drawings of medieval architectural ornament, jewellry and bookbinding designs, a good group of caricatures by Charles Philip Colnaghi, noted as being mostly drawn at the British Museum, also botanical and ornithological studies, some items extracted from an earlier Bramall Hall scrap album, including additional Davenport family silhouettes and portraits, and some oriental natural history watercolours and paintings on micah, drawings and watercolours, engravings, lithographs and offset lithographs, mounted and generally annotated on stiff card album leaves, in four similar red cloth albums, worn, with manuscript paper labels pasted to spines and upper boards, folio, 19th century Davenport - See also Lots 258 & 269
