Limited edition of 415 copies, this number 11 of 150 copies printed on vélin d'arches and signed by the author beneath the limitation, and with the bronze medallion of the head of Gala Dali signed by Dali on the reverse . Untrimmed in a contemporary maroon morocco over bevelled boards, lettered in gilt and red on upper cover in imitation of title-page, red silk endpapers, inner dentelles gilt (Jordi de la Rica, Barcelona). With a bronze cast of Gaia's face inset (loose) into inside front cover. Binding slightly worn or rubbed. All housed in a large red cloth case (partly soiled and damaged, loose). A folder of colour plates of Dalí's work inset into lower cover, together with a printed copy of the text in English (some soiling).
