Lot of 3: Celluloid collar box with Pony Express decorated lid. Rounded triangular shape, floral paper-covered body, celluloid top with Express rider at full gallop. Lined with pink satin. Max. dimensions: 5.5 in. high, 7.5 in. wide, 7 in. long. Outer hinges disconnected from top, front hinge present (working). Contains 3 collars. Woven textile. 55.5 x 57 in. Each corner with Indian on horseback roping a deer (?) in an oval framed by abstract floral and geometric elements. Each corner also with lily and acanthus leaf device. Borders with abstract foliage. Fringe all the way around. Tooled leather case. Front with cowboy on bucking bronco, rear tooled with "T.O." 11 x 15.5 in. Acanthus leaf and flower borders on three sides of both front and rear. Two leather handles secured with silver-colored (probably steel) disks. Internally there are one large and two small compartments on each side. Zipper closure (still works).
