"per first steamer for Europe", Paris and Bordeaux backstamps, carried by the Havre Line steamer Fulton , this cover paid the 20c rate to France direct by American Packet, very fine , Note: this was the first trip by the Fulton which was delayed 48 hours enroute by icebergs photo
