20.25" blade length, 26" overall with hilt. Triangular cross section smallsword with concave flat on left side and ridge on the right. Blade terminates in a point. Brass quillons curve in opposite directions and terminate in animal heads. Ferrule shows animal face design on both sides. Dark wooden grips with spiral grip cuts and brass pommel cap with spiral pattern terminating in peened tang. Condition: Good. Blade edges remain clean but show deep bites near tip which has curled slightly. Mottled discolorations along the blade. Brass furniture shows tarnish while wooden grip shows wear marks and scratches. Some residue remains embedded in the furniture. Parts still fit tightly though a crack has formed along the underside of the grip.
