Center portrait of Lucy Pickens, wife of the Governor of South Carolina. Lower left vignette of two figures representing the infantry and artillery. Others with some toning (as is common with older red inks) or surface soil, but not excessive. Generally VF or better. Also includes some souvenir bills: a few heavily toned on the artifically "aged" paper. Three are miniature versions of Confederate bills. For example, there is a $50 bill about half the size of the real ones in this lot. Fricke, Pierre. Collecting Confederate Paper Money: Field Edition 2014. Published by the author. Provenance: Property of N. Flayderman & Co.
