Paul Henry's paintings lent themselves to poster designs and he received many commissions, principally from the London, Midland and Scottish Railway, who ran the Irish Sea passenger ships in the 1920s... s to 1940s. Even after nationalisation British Railways continued to use his landscapes. The Irish Tourist Board were using a Henry painting in a poster design in the 1970s. Printed by S.
