MFG. CO. HARTFORD, CT. U.S.A. / PAT. DES. 110,887. Grooved trigger, adjustable rear sight, screw secured adjustable front sight blade with black insert. Includes a single, correctly marked blued magazine that reads COLT WOODSMAN / CAL. 22 LR / MATCH TARGET MODEL on the base plate. A very nice example of a scarce, first year of production Woodsman Match Target Pistol. Condition: Fine. Retains most of the blued finish with some minor thinning, wear and light handling marks. All markings clear and crisp, mechanically functional, fine bore. Elephant ear grips with some wear, flattening of checkering, handling marks and some minor loss around the Colt medallions. Grips may have been very lightly sanded as well.
