.44 caliber, 8" barrel, S/N 21117 on barrel and frame, with the triggerguard numbered 21072. Barrel marked -Address Col SamL Colt New-York U.S. America-. Left of barrel stamped CC. Brass triggerguard, steel backstrap and walnut grips. Condition: The bore is in good condition. The barrel, frame, hammer, cylinder and backstrap have a mottled grey patina with some spotting. There is no visible serial number on the underside of the butt. The grips have several nicks and dings and are rounded at the corners.
