Right grip carved with characteristic Colt's long horn steer head. Blued finish with niter blued hammer and trigger. Factory letter lists all features except for initials. Shipped to Don Alfredo Gottling, Buenos Aires, Argentina, September 9, 1925. Number 323827 is the third known and the only one of the three with detailed gold scrolls similar to the Commissioner Webster Official Police. One of the very rarest engraved Colts extant. Condition: This revolver retains most of the original blue finish with some light wear around the front of the muzzle and on the left and right side of the barrel. Frame and cylinder are excellent. Grips are excellent. Just an outstanding rare Colt Revolver.
