Collection of Military Medals and Orders, mainly World War I era, including: French Croix de guerre 1914–1918 with a silver star, with miniature/ribbon bar version of same; a Russian red, white, and blue enameled cruciform order topped by a crown; a white enamel cruciform order, the arms offset by green chevrons, with miniature ribbon bar version; four French Ordre national de la Légion d'honneur, with one miniature ribbon bar version; a British Military Cross; a Romanian Grand Cross for Military Merit, with miniature ribbon bar version; a Russian order centered by enameled roundel of a saint verso, date 1883 recto; a foliate tricolored goldtone half-moon suspending five miniature orders; with approximately eleven further small medals and ribbon bar miniature orders, and three ribbon bars. Provenance: Estate of N. David Scotti, Providence, Rhode Island. This collection was also connected to Prince Aymon de Faucigny Lucinge et Coligny.
