An original 1955 Cold War era USSR Soviet Russian Navy Officers dress dagger. The dagger having a star to the pommel above the Soviet Union State Emblem and a smooth wooden grip. The shaped crossguard having a push button to release the blade from the scabbard. The ricasso dated 1955 with serial number N08355 leading to a double edged blade housed in a scabbard with brass furniture and Naval inscriptions. Measures approx 34cm.
