Light shelf wear plus loss to title on front cover. Cist, Henry M. Campaigns of the Civil War. The Army of the Cumberland. New York, NY: Charles Scribner's Sons, 1882. FFEP inked history of Thomas Ireland Burtt of the 88th IL Infantry, who was mortally wounded at Kennesaw Mountain on June 27, 1864. Shelf wear, with some rubbing/wear to spine, corners, and edges. Nichols, Brevet Major George Ward The Story of the Great March from the Diary of a Staff Officer. New York: Harper & Brothers, 1866. Split between spine and interior pages, although binding still in tact. Bennett, Lt. Col. Edwin C. Musket and Sword. Boston, MA: Coburn Publishing Co., 1900. Shelf wear, with some rubbing, surface wear to front and back covers. Toning/staining on inside front and back covers.
