The owner is a passionate enthusiast for great White Burgundy. He has amassed an enviable array of Grand Crus from some of the region's most prominent sources. There are great runs of Bâtard-, Chevalier- and Bienvenues-Bâtard-Montrachet from Louis Latour, along with four vintages of Le Montrachet and many emminent Premier Crus. Domaine Henri Clerc in Puligny-Montrachet is a particular favourite. There is a wide selection of Clerc's greatest appellations including four vintages of Chevalier- and five of Bâtard-Montrachet. From Domaine Leflaive there are three Grand Crus along with Puligny-Montrachet, Combettes and Clavoillon all from the 1994 vintages and fully mature. From Domaine Michelot there is Meursault Genevrières from four vintages, along with Charmes and Perrières. Unless otherwise stated, all the Grand Cru are in original wooden cases and the remaining wines are are in original cartons.
