Beschreibung:

Chateau Duhart Milon 1999 Chateau Duhart Milon 1999 Cabernet Sauvignon 90%, Merlot 10% Harvest: The harvest at Duhart Milon were very quick (10 days) from 21st to 2nd October, with a rather wet weather. But due to a wonderful August and beginning of September, the grapes were harvested with no damage as long as they were ripe. More harvesters were required as all was done manually and in short time. Climate: Winter was peaceful, as during nearly the entire decade, followed by a mild spring and early flowering. From July until mid-August, humid days with partly sunny skies gave some concern for botrytis. Fortunately, the weather was very hot from 15 August until the end of the harvest. These harvests were conducted with record speed in rainy weather. Yield: 57 hl/ha Ageing: Barrels, 55% new barrels Production: 20000 cases Chateau Duhart Milon 1999 Pauillac, 4eme Cru Classe Beautiful, deep cedary fruit on the nose - archetypal Pauillac. Spices and black fruit on the palate. Soft as velvet and very fresh. SS. Lot 229 6 mags (owc) per lot: HKD 3000-4000 per lot: USD 350-450 Quantity: 1
