A fine, unpressed copy of Carducci's account of the festivities to celebrate the marriage of Cosimo III and Marguerite Luisa d'Orléans. The entertainment, which took place in the Boboli gardens, took the form of an equestrian pageant symbolised by the four known continents. Two of della Bella's plates show scenes of the festival and the other, steps of the ballet. This copy, like others, has the text beginning on p.7. Ruggieri 503; Marchetti 84; Moreni I, 217.
