Lot consists of: (A) Colt Official Police double action revolver manufactured in 1930. First year of production for .22 Long Rifle chambering. Fitted with 6" barrel, 6 shot cylinder and checkered wood grips with silver Colt medallions. CONDITION: Outstanding. Retains virtually all of its factory applied finishes with a light drag line and slight muzzle wear. 1 small nick at base of right grip panel. Excellent bore and mechanics. (B) Colt Police Positive double action revolver. Manufactured in 1940 with 5" barrel chambered for .38 Special, fixed sights, 6 shot cylinder and checkered wood grips with sliver Colt medallions. CONDITION: Very good. Retains majority of thinning factory applied blued finish, with drag line and high edge wear. Parts of the barrel thinned to exhibit a dark gray patina. Moderate wear to grips. Very good bore with sharp rifling. Crisp mechanics.
