Model 1900 Luger manufactured by DWM for sales in Switzerland. These early Luger variations are comprised of Old Model parts and were sold prior to the adoption of the Luger by the Swiss Military in 1901. Receiver bears a Swiss cross within a starburst over the chamber with Swiss proofs on the left hand side. Swiss cross acceptance proofs are present on the receiver, barrel, rear toggle, and rear of frame. CONDITION: Metal components retain the vast majority of their arsenal reapplied finish, exhibiting a few areas of wear from manual operation of the action overall, as well as areas of thinning on the grip straps that show through to a pleasant brown patina. Mirror bore, exhibiting well-defined lands and grooves throughout. Grips are excellent, showing light smoothing as well as a few minor nicks to the diamonds.
