Rare and desirable Walther Eagle "C" inspected PPK. It is marked with the Eagle/C acceptance stamp identifying it as a Police issued pistol It is equipped with Rare, Grey/Brown plastic Walther grips. The Walther PPK was developed originally for undercover police use but were quickly put into military and special service applications. PROVENANCE: Charles Clawson collection. This pistol is accompanied by a letter from noted author Charles Clawson stating that it came from his personal collection and is correct and authentic in all regards. CONDITION: The gun does not appear to have seen any real use. The bore is sharp and the gun is all-matching. There is a hint of muzzle wear and a couple of minor handling marks. This is nice example of an early war, milled blue finish police gun. The grey brown marbled grips are free of any cracks. Comes with one Walther marked magazine.
