Collation: A-C 4 (A1 preface, Disputatio , C2r Consilium , C4r colophon, C4v blank). 12 leaves. 60 lines, double column. Type: 1:91G. 6- and 4-line initial in red, 2 paragraph marks in red on first page. Modern vellum over pastepaper boards. FIRST EDITION, printed by Siena's second printer who had previously been active in Bologna. Legal printing kept the presses in Siena, as in Bologna, busy. In printing this work Henricus de Haarlem not only was supplying demand for the univeristy law faculty but also producing the work of a jurist and native son of Siena, who held professorships in both cities as well as elsewhere in Italy.
