(Some spotting.) Nineteenth-century brown half morocco, marbled boards. Provenance : Paul Hirsch (bookplate, his pencilled note that the 1466 Eggestein Bible is here still attributed to Bämler). FIRST EDITION of Braun's catalogue of seventy-five incunables at the Benedictine abbey at St. Ulrich und Afra in Augsburg, with eleven plates delineating the alphabets used by several printers.
