"The top scene shows the refreshment saloon with troops marching out to board a Philadelphia & Baltimore train of five passenger cars. Beneath this scene are three small ones showing the washroom, dining hall, and kitchen. Beneath the caption is a vignette of Winfield Scott and facsimile signatures of various citizens" (Wainwright), Another nice feature of this lithograph is a large flag in the upper left corner that reads "Union For Ever." Wainwright 438.
