Ad invictissimum Angliae Regem epistola . Basel: Henricus Petrus, March 1537. 2° in 4s (305 x 210mm). Title with woodcut headpiece (marginally torn and repaired), woodcut initials, final leaf of errata with woodcut device on verso. (Folio a2 torn and repaired without loss, a few other marginal repairs, a few small wormholes on some leaves.) Brown half calf by Riviere & Son, spine in compartments with maroon lettering pieces, t.e.g. The text, taken from a late 14th-century manuscript by Shem Tob ben Shaprut of Castile, was edited by Mnster with dedicatory epistle to Henry VIII. Adams B1884; Darlow & Moule 5088.
