One medal with a hanger and a cloth ribbon. 22-45 mm. 12-14. Three silver medals (marked), with Disraeli's portrait. On the reverse of one medal Disraeli is seen next to a desk. Reverse: Disraeli facing his political opponent William Gladstone, with the inscription: "Gladstone and Disraeli Great Prime Ministers in Competition 1868-1885".
