[Dent] / New York: E.P. Dutton, 1909, second edition, one of 1500 copies of which this is one of 500 copies for America, photogravure frontispiece and other illustrations by Beardsley, original green cloth gilt, [Lasner 22B], hinges splitting; both 4to, top edges gilt, some spotting and browning, bookplates Lasner notes that the second edition included ten additional chapter headings omitted from the first edition. It was also the first time that Beardsley's edition was issued in one volume.
