Avnei Nezer Responsa, by Rebbe Rabbi Avraham of Sochotshov, Even Ha’ezer section I [Pietrekov- Łódź, 1926]. Bound with Sefer Yeshu’at David [first book of the Ga’on Rabbi Dovid Povarsky], Biłgoraj, 1933. Handwritten erudite comments, signed “Ya’akov Yehoshua” – The Ga’on Rabbi Ya’akov Yehoshua Froman (perished in the Holocaust], among the well-known geniuses of Poland [companion and associate of the "Reshit Bikurim" and the Ga’on of Kozieglowy], and among the affluent individuals of Łódź. Descendant of the Rebbe Rabbi Ephraim Fischel of Stryków. Majority of his manuscripts were lost in the Holocaust, however the remainder of his Chiddushim were found and printed in the book "Nachalat Ya’akov Yehoshua" on the Torah (Tel Aviv, 1959), in which many sayings in the name of his teacher and rabbi, the Rebbe Rabbi Avraham Mordechai of Ger, are presented. 6-129 leaves (incomplete copy); [1], 87 leaves. 30.5 cm. Dry paper, good-fair condition, some leaves worn (with damage to text) and stained. Glosses slightly cut off. Old binding.
