Autograph album with more than five hundred signatures by prominent British political figures, mostly clipped from letters and envelope panels, collection arranged by Scottish publisher John Reid Including: Charles Gray, Robert Peel Daniel O'Connell, William Gladstone, John Russell Edward Lytton Bulwer, Edward Codrington, Josiah Wedgewood II, Sir Hussey Vivian, Sir Frederick Pollock, Admiral Philip Durham, Thomas Babington Macaulay, Edward Smith Stanley, Alexander Duke of Hamilton, album divided into two parts, part one entitled 'Members of the first Reformed Parliament (1832)' and part two entitled 'Miscellaneous Autographs', three-quarter bound in red morocco with leather boards, with introductory letter by Reid pasted onto front free endpaper, some wear to edges, browning to paper, folio, c. 1830s.
