Handsome edition, with hand-colored lithographs of the Austrian army mounted on blue paper. The work was issued in thirty-six parts and features lithography by Franz von Hauslab an major innovator of chromolithography in cartography and the printing of topographic maps. I affecting about 25 leaves but not images). 19th-century green morocco, spine gilt, gilt turn-ins, all edges gilt, with boards incorporating printed publisher’s wrappers (light rubbing).
