An extremely fine and rare 18K gold openface minute repeating perpetual calendar split seconds chronograph keyless lever watch with phases of the moon Signed Audemars Piguet, Geneve, ref. 5526, movement no. 120'876, case no. 58'784, manufactured in 1972 Cal. JSMCCRVG nickel-finished lever movement, 36 jewels, bimetallic compensation balance, micrometer regulator, minute repeating on two polished steel hammers onto two gongs, the silvered dial with applied gold baton numerals, four subsidiary dials indicating month combined with leap year indicator and 30 minutes register, day, date and phases of the moon combined with constant seconds, in plain circular case, the inside of the snap on back with engraved inscription Adolfo Bardelle 5-2-1944 , repeating slide in the band, split seconds chronograph mechanism operated through a button in the band and through the crown, case, dial and movement signed 48 mm. diam.
